Sheet range 60 × 100 mm to 520 × 1000 mm, 550 mm pile, 180 m/min, 32 mm rollers and a 20 mm minimum buckle fold — which is what lets one machine serve miniature pharma leaflets and commercial inserts.
The pharmaceutical line built on this platform adds a parallel knife unit, a pressing machine and a vertical stacker, giving a line footprint of 3200 × 2600 × 1500 mm. The folder alone is 4650 × 1100 × 1500 mm; 3.5 kW at 380 V.

T490 A high-precision entry-level buckle folder for miniature printed sheets, with quick changeover for small-batch production. The most compact machine in the SPEED range and the usual choice for pharmaceutical inserts and instruction leaflets.
T600 A high-output commercial folder for medium to large printing facilities, engineered for uninterrupted bulk production with stable quality over extended runs. The usual choice for mass-produced brochures, catalogues and pharmaceutical inserts.
T780 The flagship heavy-duty industrial model for oversized sheets and high-volume lines, equipped with a vacuum feeding system, double-sheet detection, servo drive and PLC touch-screen control. Built for large brochures, maps and packaging work.

Patient information leaflets must fit the carton while retaining readable multi-panel copy. Miniature sheet handling, repeatable fold position and counted delivery are the main production checks.
The T490 and T520 cover leaflet folding; the SD-X250 can trim or slit a finished leaflet when the cut edge is part of the job. Confirm the pattern on the actual stock before specifying the line.
