A round-pile (recirculating) feeder solves the most common cause of lost folding output, which is not a slow machine but a machine standing still while someone rebuilds the pile. The feeder holds a large round pile and recirculates sheets so the folder keeps running while the operator reloads.
It is specified as part of the host machine rather than as a standalone folder: available on the T600 platform feeder and as the T780 recirculating feeder. Because the feeder sets the achievable run length, its specification is confirmed against the sheet size, paper weight and speed you actually run.
Typical use: bulk pharmaceutical leaflets, commercial inserts and direct-mail work where one operator runs the folder across a long batch.
